Happy Halloween!!!

We had a great Halloween! We went to a Halloween party and everyone was supposed to dress up. As of this morning, Brian and I didn't have a costume. I saw several cute costumes on the Today Show this morning and decided that I could make one. I went as a gas tank and Brian went as the gas pumper! The party was in such a great neighborhood. The bottom picture is of tons of pumpkins that the entire street carved. It was really cool. Ellie trick or treated for an hour and came away with about 8 pieces of candy. (all of which were eaten before we got home...thanks Brian!) As we were putting Ellie to bed, she threw everything up! I guess it wouldn't be a good Halloween if you didn't eat so much that you make yourself sick! We hope everyone had a safe and fun Halloween!

Sweet Daddy

Ellie bought this pumpkin for Brian several weeks ago when we went to the pumpkin patch. Brian took it to his office and kept it there. He was really sad that he didn't get to participate in the pumpkin carving festivities at the Conyer's. While at work yesterday, Brian carved his pumpkin for Ellie! (with his letter opener!) What a sweet daddy!

Pumpkin Carving with the Conyers

Ellie and I had such a fun afternoon. We went to Ellie's friend Kennedy's house for a playdate. We carved pumpkins while we were there. I cheated and used a kit, but Wally did his old school! Whitney thought it needed a nose, but Wally thought it was perfect the way it was. After carving the pumpkins, we met Brian for dinner at Sportsman's Grill. What a fun day!

Ellie's First Buckeye Football Game

Ellie got to experience her first Ohio State Football game this weekend. We had a blast...even thought the Buckeyes couldn't pull out a win! Our cousins have just re-done this ambulance for the tailgates! It is awesome! Go Bucks!

Birthday Shout Out to Aunt Nan

Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday to Aunt Nan...Happy Birthday to you! Aunt Nan is Ellie's Aunt/Godmother...and boy is she a good one. Everyone needs an Aunt Nan! Nan is in Aberdeen celebrating her birthday and I sure wish we were there, too! Here are several reasons we love Nan:
1. She takes you on THE BEST trips ever. (New York, London, Charleston, etc...)
2. Her house is so much fun to visit...nothing but the best for her guests!
3. She introduced Brian to Nordstrom's! (and Tommy!)
4. She let me live with her for a whole summer! I had an incredible summer working for her!
5. She takes you to see all the Broadway plays! (and loves Wicked as much as we do!)
6. She makes sure all the stickers are in the right place on your Barbie and the Rockers van!
7. She loves to go see movies on Christmas night!
8. She won't let you go to bed unless you have added at least 50 puzzle pieces.
9. She has always had the best addresses...(3200 Paces Station Ridge, 11 Mount Vernon Circle) Ha Ha!
10. She is by far the sweetest, most caring, fun person we know. We are honored to have her in our lives and for her to be Ellie's God-mother! Thanks for all you do for us. Happy Birthday Aunt Nan!

Ellie's first trip to the Pumpkin Patch!

A Few More Details...and 1 Clarification

We had a blast in Mississippi! Ellie loved getting at the top of the driveway and flying down the hill. I used to do the same thing when I was little. She also got to play in the playhouse at NaNa's...which is where she added several more pieces to her already huge jewelry collection. Es and BA took her for a ride in the golf cart and let her drive. BA said that she drove just like her DADDY! I believe we could check the driving records of both of us to confirm who has a better one. That is all I will say about that!

Thanks Mom for the awesome food and hospitatlity! Thank you for keeping Ellie while we got to go to the MSU game. It was fun. We love you!

Homecoming in Aberdeen!

This weekend we went to Aberdeen to visit CB's family. On Saturday, we went to the Mississippi State v. Vanderbilt game with Adam and Stephanie. Terrible game; good outcome. Regardless, we had fun in Starkville.

Enough about us, now what everyone visits the site for...pictures of Ellie.

BA had a Cozy Coupe waiting on Ellie. Let's just say that she drives like her MOTHER!

More coming pictures coming...
